The lazy river was fun and perfect for the kids. Check-in took too long, and the room could have been cleaner. They have a nice playground for children and tennis courts too.

Accommodated on the top floor, the room offered a great view-thanks to Wanda and the wonderful staff. It was super clean and updated, with no stains or old fixtures. The tiled entry and thin carpet by the beds were a nice touch. Two trash cans-one in the bathroom and one in the room-were appreciated. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the no-drain-clog experience was welcomed. With a fridge, microwave, and safe, the room was well-equipped. noise from neighboring rooms and hallway disruptions affected the overall comfort.

This hotel is right at the corner of a main road, making it super easy to access all the major attractions like Dare 2 Escape and Congo River Golf, which are just under 2 km away, and I'm a huge fan of the variety of restaurants within a short stroll like Ihop and Olive Garden, barely 500 meters away, plus there's a 7-Eleven just a few steps for any quick needs; the rooms themselves are generally clean and comfortable, but it would be great if they offered daily housekeeping as part of their service.

Clean facilities and a prime location. The outdoor area, particularly the hot tub, was a highlight. The red accent wall in the room added character, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable with a lovely city view. the lazy river was closed, which was disappointing. Parking missed a designated area for service animals. The front desk staff showed inconsistency in professionalism; some were warm, while others seemed indifferent. The restaurant offered a solid breakfast buffet, yet many hotels provide complimentary options. The carpet in the hallway was worn, and the numbering system was confusing despite the provided map. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel holds potential but needs a revitalization in certain areas.

The hotel staff promptly fixed an issue with the tub spout in our room, which was greatly appreciated. I did encounter some disappointing aspects as well. The room had a dirty TV and AC cover, and there were visible spider webs around. The pool was dirty and closed due to safety concerns, which was a letdown. On top of that, there was a lack of security, and the first floor had an unpleasant smell, especially of cigarettes. The location of the hotel was ideal, but the actual experience did not match the expectations set by the pictures. The front desk staff seemed disinterested, and the overall ambiance felt more like a motel than a hotel. The tight and congested feel of the place along with fellow guests' behavior detracted from the experience. While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, there were some issues in the bathroom. The tub had drainage problems, the toilet seat was loose, and the flushing capacity was inadequate. the housekeeping service was lacking, as we didn't receive it on most days of our stay. The pool towels provided were small, making it inconvenient for adults to use. In terms of service, the restaurant in the hotel was not up to par, with slow service being a major downside. The staff at the small store, however, were excellent - friendly and helpful. my experience at the Red Lion was a mix of highs and lows. While the room itself was comfortable, cleanliness and maintenance issues, along with service shortcomings, detracted from the overall stay.

Excellent staff, comfy room with two sinks, and five plush pillows made for a nice stay. The pool and lazy river looked amazing, but we couldn't enjoy them due to weather and late opening. Check-in was frustratingly slow, with pet-friendly options only, and a door issue left us locked out for too long. Some maintenance and language barriers added to a rocky experience. Nearby attractions were great, and a microwave was a lifesaver. Just wished the room had a fresher scent and everything worked smoothly. Would I return? Maybe, but with reservations.

Had a blast with friends hitting up Disney & the cool golf spot nearby, hotel's playground was a vibe! Beds were hella comfy, rooms clean, and the pool open 'til late - perfect night swim spot after hitting the theme parks! 😎

Would've been lit if they had a karaoke bar or some DJ nights for us party animals! 🎤🎉.

The garden and playground were perfect for family fun. The hotel's proximity to Falcon's Fire Golf Club and the entertaining Capone's Dinner Show added extra excitement to our trip. We loved the relaxed ambiance and the warm, inviting pool area.

The hotel had a huge pool, great for my glam sunbathing days. I enjoyed the delicious Mexican food and cocktails. Kayaking tours were so posh-I pretended I was in a James Bond movie.

Running out of towels made me feel like a soggy rat.

Had a decent stay with large rooms and a prime location close to the pool. The pool area, including the water slide and lazy river, was spacious and clean, a hit with our kids. They especially loved swimming in the regular pool, which stayed open until late at night.

The water features were run down, with limited access due to locked entrances and disrepair. The beds were uncomfortable and in need of upgrading.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was fantastic! As soon as we walked through the front door, we could smell the cleanliness. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the attached Mexican restaurant was absolutely wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved the warm and clean pool, lazy river, and play area. Although the lazy river's operating hours could have been longer, we appreciated the presence of lifeguards during the designated times. The location was perfect, as it was close to the parks and even offered a glimpse of the fireworks from the hallway.

It would have been nice to have an area to walk pets or an outdoor dining space, separate from the rooms.

We chose Red Lion Hotel for its proximity to the Great Magic Hall, but were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet and the delicious Mexican cuisine at Tortilla Rica. The variety of shops and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

i had a wonderful experience at Red Lion Hotel. the location was very convenient, close to Disney World and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sink outside the bathroom. the amenities like the gym, laundry room, and separate pool and lazy river were great, though i didn't get to use them. the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. the beds were comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. it was a pleasant experience overall and i would definitely stay here again if i ever visit Disney World in the future.
